Marvellous location in San Antonio, just next door to restaurant as well as the pier. For shots visit Sangucheria Portena, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Exceptional room, exceptionally comfortable beds and large bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to a beautiful fish market and provided stunning sunset views from the huge windows in my room. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, adding to the level of comfort. The staff, while not overly attentive, were friendly and helpful. The room itself was fabulous, with a spacious bathroom and a large floor-to-ceiling window facing the waterfront. Additionally, the daily breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and the reception desk personnel were wonderfully kind and accommodating.

This place is highly recommended to all travelers.

Amazing food and outstanding room - had a such great stay. Location: the hotel was right by the harbor, and supermarket. The lunch in Restaurant Ocean View just walking distance from the property had every choice imaginable.

The spacious rooms are comfortable, with modern furnishings and clean, attractive bathrooms with walk-in showers. The restaurant serves tasty cuisine at a reasonable price. Guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, and that some rooms were soundproofed.

The service in the restaurant was notoriously slow, causing frustration for many guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel - the location was convenient with a supermarket nearby, and there were plenty of transportation options. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, with both American and Continental options. We especially enjoyed the beautiful restaurant on the fifth floor with a great view. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly, despite a bit of a language barrier.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay at a hotel located close to the waterfront, with a lovely view of the ocean from our room's windows. We also appreciated the convenience of having a shopping mall right next door.

The hotel was located in an area that smelled like fish and was not very clean.

The lighting in the rooms could be better, and there are no washcloths provided. , the air conditioning is not available 24 hours and the included breakfast is average.

The hotel was sparkling clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms all had amazing views of the water, which was a really nice touch. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located right next to a mall, and you can access it through the casino, so you don't have to worry about walking outside. This was especially great for me because I was taking a cruise and the hotel's location made it super convenient.

I wasn't too happy about having to pay for coffee pods in the room, especially because I wasn't informed about it upon arrival. Also, there were a few staff members who didn't speak or understand English very well, which made communication a bit difficult.
